Hate to Wait!

Well, it sure has been a long time since I last posted a blog. I'm hoping you haven't hated waiting. I've come to realize that I hate to wait. I'm thinking I'm not the only one with this problem, but it is definitely a problem I'm not wanting to deal with. Last night, I came home from a trip and was unpacking and putting away my groceries and jamming out with the Lord. We were listening to John Waller and his song "While I'm Waiting" came on and ministered to me in a big way. I kept thinking about all the things I've been waiting for and I began to see many of the attitudes I have during these waiting periods. Let me just say, that they aren't characteristics of Christ. The Holy Spirit quickly broke my heart and began to work something within. During my time of waiting, I am going to seek the Lord passionately, develop a stronger prayer life, be active in ministry, and develop myself as a true "Lady in Waiting".
